GMAT Exam
Graduate Management Admission Test, or briefly GMAT, is intended to assess analytical, written, mathematical, verbal and reading skills. This test is performed via computer and is thus called computer adaptive test, or shortly, CAT, meaning that the difficulty of the questions are set gradually based on the ability of the applicant. The license of this test is used in the fields of management, the MA of accounting, and the MA in finance. More than 5900 programs in more than 2100 universities and institutes around the world make use of this test to assess the applicants.
The cost of this test is 250 dollars and it takes three and a half hour to perform the test. In the test centers, just before the beginning of the test, three options will be available to answer the questions:
- Analytical Writing Assessment, Integrated Reasoning, Quantitative, Verbal (original order)
- Verbal, Quantitative, Integrated Reasoning, Analytical Writing Assessment
- Quantitative, Verbal, Integrated Reasoning, Analytical Writing Assessment

After the test is done, one score is allocated to each section and one score is allocated to the total performance:
The total score ranges from 200 to 800.
The score for integrated Reasoning ranges from 1 to 8.
The score for quantitative and verbal sections range from 0 to 60.
The score for Analytical Writing Assessment ranges from 0 to 6 in half-point intervals.
The final score is sent online or via post to the centers which you have determined (up to 5 centers).
